Cant complaint about the location which is really close to city centre and that it offers free parking. Cleaniness need improvement tho. Overall we had a good stay.

Location good bec it's only about 800m to town area. They didn't Vacum the floor even though they clear the garbage. Not suitable for those who have knee problem bec need to climb quite a lot of stairs. Parking is not easy as need to park away from allocated room. View is nice from balcony.

The apartment was clean and ok, but the sofa bed is a bit questionable. I had to make up the bed myself and one bed sheet was missing, and since it was after 8pm, I couldn’t even call the reception or housekeeping for that. I had to use towels to cover the duvet which was a bit disgusting.

My family loved the accommodation. It is clean and come with great amenity.

The house near the road is very noisy. It is recommended that the house should not be next to the road. Otherwise, it is okay.

Although the room facilities are not very new, it is very warm overall. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. However, there was road construction in Queenstown the night we checked in, so we hardly slept. But this is not the hotel's fault. The price/performance ratio is still high. The lady at the front desk also apologized. It is indeed very noisy, so everyone should pay attention to this.

Although we won't use its kitchen to cook, we don't have time to cook when traveling, but the microwave is really useful. The reason why I chose the apartment is because it has a microwave. It's so convenient to heat milk every morning and evening. Sometimes I pack food at night and can eat it in the microwave the next morning. Bowls and plates are all available. And the lake is just a 2-minute walk from the back door of the apartment. If I come here in New Zealand in the summer, I don't know how happy I will be to have the lake so close at hand, because you can step directly into the water at the lake. The location is excellent, and the mountain and water scenery is panoramic. In addition, bus No. 1 to and from the airport stops at most 200 meters away from the apartment, which is too convenient. It takes at most 10 minutes to walk to the center of Queenstown for shopping. In short, it's really great.

The location is very good, right in Queenstown. The room is an apartment type with a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, clothes dryer, and garden. It is very spacious. It is only 2 minutes away from Lake Wakatipu. There is a bus stop at the door leading directly to the airport. !

A very bad stay experience! The hotel is next to a main road, which is the only way from Queenstown to the airport, so there are still cars passing by in the early morning! The house is old, the sewer smells bad, and the sound insulation is very poor. Closing the windows does not reduce the noise at all. It's nothing new to get into trouble when staying in a hotel. What's even more frightening is that the hotel's attitude is very arrogant. We booked a two-night stay. We had a terrible rest on the first night. We asked the hotel to change rooms for us the next day, but they refused. We asked Ctrip to coordinate the cancellation of our stay for the next day, and they also refused! The hotel knew clearly that the room had serious flaws, so it had to admit defeat when it made the decision! Negotiations run from 9am to 4pm! In the end, Ctrip paid 1,000 yuan in compensation, and we spent 3,000 yuan to rebook the room! Traveling is physically draining, and not getting enough rest is really harmful to your health. Families should choose carefully!

Very satisfying stay, beautiful scenery and free parking

You can make a simple breakfast, cook instant noodles, etc. It is close to the town. The location is OK, but we were there during the Easter holiday so the price was a bit expensive.

Environment: Very close to the central area, parking is convenient

The garden is in a mess and the room is very small. It is extremely inconvenient to go up and down the stairs with a baby. There is no one at the front desk at 8pm.
