The service is very good, and you can store your luggage. Although it is a shared bathroom, there are more than one shared bathrooms and toilets. There is a wash basin for your own use in the room. In the center of town, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lake. There are slopes and it is quite strenuous. The shared bathroom is very clean and convenient. Convenient place with view
But when we checked in, the surrounding roads were under construction.
I couldn't find the entrance to the hotel.
We had more than ten minutes for counter service to arrive
The hotel was very considerate in wrapping the keys and leaving them at the counter.
Even if we arrive late, we can still check in smoothly

Hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed; however, needs some updates. TV was partially broken and bathroom fan broken. Told the receptionist and he said he knew about it already. Also, walls are very thin so can hear flushing toilets and people walking about all through the night. Not a great sleep! Not too much of an issue, but as Queenstown is expensive, would be nice to have these things fixed if they knew about them!

The rooms are super nice. And the kitchen has a beautiful view. There is a weird smell like spices) in the storage room and our bags now smell like it but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfy (the bed was like sleeping in a cloud)
