Excellent room with all the amenities you can hope for. Friendly service from all hotel staff. Great view across the lake. The only minor criticism is that it’s not quite in the town centre, which is about a 10-minute drive.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Google Maps navigation cannot navigate to the front desk lobby (there seem to be two hotels on this mountain, Holiday Inn is halfway up the mountain, and there is another one on top). Therefore, after reaching the Google Maps navigation point, turn right and go straight (don't go uphill anymore), and drive 100 meters into the courtyard to find the hotel.
The service is so-so, and I didn't have high expectations. When we parked and took the luggage from the trunk, the front desk saw no one coming out to help. If it was a hotel in Thailand, they would have come to help a long time ago.
The hotel is located on the airport route, and there will be noise from aircraft taking off and landing, but it doesn't have much impact.
