The staff are online and the hotel is a small boutique hotel. The breakfast is good and the location is very convenient. But there are two issues that cannot be avoided. First, the evening drinks and appetizers are only suitable for Europeans and Americans. They are a simple social time, and we think the happy hour in the executive lounge is two different concepts, so don’t have any expectations; second, the rooms are on the roadside. It's indeed noisy.

The breakfast at the hotel is great. It's clean and the staff are very helpful. However, the hotel is close to the road and the traffic coming and going is really noisy. You need to wear earplugs when sleeping.

The hotel facilities and equipment are relatively poor and the soundproofing is particularly poor. The rooms are next to the road and the cars passing by are very noisy all day and night. The first floor of the hotel is underground and the second floor is at the same height as the road. It is said that the hotel is actually a B&B and the price is very high. It is sold during the National Day. 2,500 RMB a day is very poor value for money. If you really stayed there, I would give you a fair review. The most is between 1,000 and 1,500. There are very few breakfast varieties. The space in the basement is very small. The service staff has a good attitude, but the value for money is very poor.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the town. The lobby is warm, with free drinks and breakfast at 6-7 o'clock. The room is clean, with a kitchenette to cook your own meals. The sound insulation is very poor, there are cars passing by the roadside all night, the air conditioner is very noisy. And the air conditioner does not work well, it is very cold. The overall feeling is good, the equipment is very poor

We absolutely loved our stay. The room and hotel were beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the food and evening canapés. The whole stay felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here if visiting queenstown.

Splendid location with incredibly spacious rooms, of which the Remarkables Junior Suites are simply superb! The evening canapés is a truly wonderful benefit and allows you to relax before heading out and to meet some other travellers too. A genuinely nice touch and only adds to the property's value. Very cozy and incredibly relaxed and conscientious staff who make you feel as though you're coming home every day. Fantastic assistance from Diego, Camille, Lucretia and Julian, in particular. He really does understand the meaning of hospitality! A truly lovely hotel and we'll be back! Jamie & Kate

We spent a lovely 2 nights at the Queenstown Park Hotel. Terrific location, walking distance to downtown Queenstown. Extremely friendly and helpful staff -- props to Julian, Diego and Cam. Great breakfast provided each morning. Evening cocktails and apps served by the fireplace while enjoying the hotels vinyl record collection. I saw several rooms and all extremely well-appointed with great taste and style -- the Patterson family is clearly investing in this great property and made it one of the finest hotels in Queenstown. Big fan.
