Stayed on the 5th floor and requested a mountain view room. I could see a little bit of the mountain, but if you want a room with a better view, it is better to stay at Copthorne Lakefront opposite.
The service attitude of the two male staff at the front desk was very good!!! The working hours seemed to be around 6:30 pm.
The hygiene conditions are questionable🤨. After I went there on the first day, I found that the bed sheets were not changed and there was a large yellow stain!!! After calling the next day, they came up and changed them quickly. The service attitude was good.

Amazing stay! Room is spacious and the location is prime. 10 mins walk to the city centre. The pillow and bed is so big and soft 😍 great snowcapped mountains views from our hotel room (see pics).

The location is good. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. You can take bus 1 to the airport and Queenstown. Taxis are expensive in New Zealand, so it is more cost-effective to take the bus. Buy a bus card on the bus in Queenstown.
