Service: I would like to praise the Japanese front desk lady by name. I forgot to ask her name. In addition to the standard check-in process, she took the initiative to ask about the itinerary for the past few days, helped remind the travel time to each project, and led the way to the room in a very detailed manner to help introduce a series of ways to use various equipment in the room. The room has a direct view of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The scenery is very nice. The hotel is two kilometers away from the town center. There is a walking path and it takes 35 minutes to walk there. There is a shuttle bus available. Book it in advance. The shuttle bus back to the hotel at night is a bit tight. I didn’t book it for two nights. Five-star standard bathroom
