All the staff were friendly and I had a good time without any inconveniences. Haha.
It was a bit inconvenient that there was no parking.
But you can park in the public parking lot next door.
I was confused because I didn't know the New Zealand parking lot system, but the hotel staff helped me a lot, so I paid well. Haha.

Very bad experience. Worst room al location for Asians (we check-in around 1800pm). Super loud noisy close to lift.
Service also bad. No coordination for room after complain at night.

Two guests came in at midnight and scared us. They entered by swiping the room card. I don't know if they were thieves or the room was booked twice. Fortunately, we woke up and our belongings were not lost.

The Hotel room and fittings are of high standard, especially the shower, however due to minimal amenities and only a vending machine for drinks, eating in your room becomes challenging.
The paid parking is provided by local authorities so is shared with general public and spaces go quickly at times.

Quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very suitable for rest and sleep. The location is also very good. You are right in the center of Queenstown and the transportation is convenient.
