A very cost-effective hotel apartment in Queenstown. The room provided has a nice view, good hygiene and facilities, convenient transportation, no need to climb mountains, friendly reception staff, a satisfactory night

Hotel is close to the town centre. Well provided for room with comfortable bed. A mix up in communication meant room service didn’t come into the room at all during our stay.

As soon as I left the hotel, I was in the center of the city, so I had a very comfortable stay.
The water pressure in the shower is good and the water is hot.

Book elsewhere!!! The accommodation was expensive and appalling for what you paid for, $300 a night… blocked shower drain so you would have to stand in dirty water after 1 minute, tv did not work, unable to contact host and decor run down and parking was very tight if you could get one at all very limited. Only bonus was location but you could stay elsewhere for cheaper. Complained and challenged for refund but no, not even an apology!!

An older apartment, close to town, cleanliness could have been better, finger marks on glass doors, washing machine did not work well and crammed in a bathroom. The staff were helpful and let us use the main dryer downstairs. There was a branch growing through the upstairs window, we were on second story. Had to pay for car park which we are not used to. But we were warm and comfortable. Another blanket would have been appreciated.
