I came back at 6pm on the 23rd and told me that the manager was not there and asked me to come back on the 24th. Then on the night of the 23rd, I told Ctrip that they refused to refund a penny, saying that they did not make a mistake in the date, and I was the one who wanted to place two orders, so as long as I placed the order, no matter what, no refund would be given. So the hotel management knew that I had checked in from 21st to 23rd, and stayed in a better room, and spent more money, but they did not refund a penny of the money for the duplicate order on the previous date. They also knew that the hotel front desk knew everything about the matter, and they did not refund a penny. When I argued with them, they said that you placed the order and paid for it yourself, and it had nothing to do with us, so we would collect the money and not refund it.
