Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant（see below pics）!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails.
It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things.
The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰

The lake view room is very beautiful. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the center of town. It is very convenient for tourists who do not drive. My friends and I spent a beautiful holiday here. Next time, I will still choose this young and fashionable hotel.

The accommodation experience of QT Hotel for a few days was very average.
The price was nearly 3K per night.
The parking lot was $25/night and needed to be booked in advance.
I left something at the hotel and they said they couldn't find it the next day. After calling twice, no staff responded.
The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the commercial district.
There is a big slope and it is still difficult to walk.
The lake view is not bad but it is blocked.
There are many hotels with lake views in Queenstown that are cheaper than QT. I suggest you choose QT carefully.

Great location just slightly out of the main area, and slightly less raucous. Our King view room was excellent had a great view. Didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel because we were out and about but no complaints would return.

When we checked in on 9/21, we asked if we could park for a few more hours and how much it would cost. The girl said: Wait a minute, we'll confirm. Then in the evening, a guy said he could let us park for two and a half hours for free. I thought it was a good thing, so I confirmed with the guy again and again, and he said it was free.
But after I left on 9/22, I was charged 35nzd because I parked for three and a half hours more, and I was charged 10nzd per hour. I called the front desk and told them the whole story. Didn't they say that car late leave is free? The girl who answered the phone said she would email me back after checking in, but I didn't receive any emails.
So I took the initiative and sent them emails. I wrote two emails, but they fell into the sea.
I'm back in China on 9/25, and I realized that I won't get my money back.

The view from the room is great, of course, Queenstown itself is beautiful, but the hotel feels a bit like a renovated nursing home. The parking lot was full, and we were fined for parking in the aisle next to it because there was really no place to park.
