Queenstown Copper Country Cabins

Lucky the lovely cleaner was onsite to contact owner as we werent expected. Accomodation paid as a 2 bedroom apartment but was actually a 1 room cabin as bedroom door was off its rollers and couldnt shut. Fixtures fittings in bathroom in unmaintained condition grounds unkept. Not value for money.

It was clean and functional. Property was difficult to find - down an alley - better signage needed. But It was ok for the price. Mattress on the single bed is ordinary. Bedding could be aired - smells a bit musky. Cupboards look like a dumping ground for unused cutlery and crockery. Only need enough stuff for the max number of guests (4 or5?)

I have nothing good to say about this experience. From the moment we opened the door we were in total disbelief. The mould (along with the smell of the mould), the dirt on the ground, the cobwebs, the slime in the bathroom basin and the burnt, dirty so called oven. The cabin left us feeling dirty and wanting to sleep in the car. To say we were disappointed is a total understatement.
