I chose this hotel because there is a flight the next day, very close to the airport, there may be some noise, the hotel is a little old but well-equipped.

An overall fantastic stay. A bit far from Edinburgh city.

Hotel environment: A single-family house, not particularly high, with parking available, in line with the style and convenience of an airport hotel. Importantly, it is only 10 minutes to the airport. Hygiene: clean, tidy and satisfactory. Service: The staff is quite enthusiastic in answering questions.

There are two Premier Inns near the airport. Please be careful not to go to the wrong one when searching on the map (like I did...). The hotel is near the airport. It is quite convenient to drive to the airport to return the car in the morning. However, if you want to go to BP to refuel and return the car, please leave a little earlier because there is a little traffic jam at the roundabout of M9 during the morning rush hour. Parking at the hotel is not free, 7-8 pounds per night. There is a self-service payment machine before entering the hotel (it is really miserable to go to the wrong hotel and pay the parking fee twice). The guy at the hotel bar is very nice!! He is very active and talkative!

Yes, you can only take a taxi to the airport, there is no other convenient means of transportation. Yes, you can only take a taxi to the airport, there is no other convenient means of transportation. . .

Spent 3 nights, very cheap price. Room was spotless with extra pillows and towels. Power shower was great and cooked breakfast was as nice as anywhere with the benefit that kids ate for free. Evening meal was cheaper if bought along with breakfast but was just ok. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, bus stop a 3 min.walk away with regular buses to airport and Edinburgh town centre. No complaints at the price.

Room was roasting, aircon didn’t work whatsoever, had the worst night’s sleep ever due to heat of room. Breakfast next day seemed to be lacking the usual choices. Cereal and pastries choice seemed more limited, no fresh fruit, had to wait some time for cooked food to be replenished which isn’t ideal when you have to get away for a flight. Easy to get to airport though and plenty of parking even though we arrived around 10pm. Pay at machine by front door £7 for the night.

We slept in a very comfortable bed, the service was very good, the breakfast was yummy! Fortunately, the front desk had a electrical outlet adapter for us to borrow. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful at night and in the morning. Lots of parking is available.

The room was great as exected, great bed n clean room. Friendly check in staff and answered all my questions, the food was dissappointing in the restaurant not much for vegetarians, the chips we dry crispy n luke warm. Expensive for what we got

You always know what you're getting at a Premier Inn, reliable decent standard at a fair price. What you may lack is a personal touch. This wasn't the case here. Laura in particular, but also the rest of the team, made it feel like we were regular visitors, when we called up for the rugby. Familiar with local transport and a friendly, yet professional, approach made the stay a more enjoyable experience and will be the reason we book again when staying in Edinburgh. Thanks Laura & team (and Catherine!) Tony & Karen..xx

Well, it's a typical Premier Inn - modern, comfortable, efficient, spotless and soulless - but I guess due to the location in the middle of nowhere it's extremely good value, or at least was when we were there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is never going to win any Michelin stars but there's good variety and the prices are good. Not sure whether it had a "bar" as such, just the restaurant which takes last orders at 9.30, so be wary if you arrive late expecting food and drink - there is nothing else around for miles. My only real gripe was being charged for parking in a place surrounded by car dealerships on an retail estate that's only accessible by car. If I'd known I would've just parked on the street.

The worst stay ever. The lady on check in was rude and had a terrible attitude. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and could see she was busy with a customer, she was rushing around and appeared to be my herself so we didn’t press the buzzer and decided to wait. She then opened the door and abruptly told us we should have pressed it and said “that’s what it’s there for!” Made us out to be stupid. We tried to explain but she wasn’t listening. She then checked us in with very few words and my Mum made a comment about how unwelcoming she had been. She denied everything and left us feeling frustrated. My mum told her that if she’s doing a night shift then perhaps she should have had more sleep during the day to be able to greet customers in an appropriate manner. In the morning, we spoke to the duty manager who refused to give us her name. She completely disregarded our complaint and told us we were in the wrong for make a comment about more sleep. She explained that the staff member on duty at our check in was poorly which I find was a poor excuse for the service we received. She shouldn’t be asked to work if she’s poorly especially not a night shift. The duty manager was rude and condescending and instead of trying to resolve the issue, told us “Ok then, have a nice day” We will not be staying here again, it’s the worst experience we’ve had
