I would like a complete refund. My room was absolutely disgusting. When I asked for cleaning supplies there were none available. There were bugs flying around dirt in the bathroom the walls were nasty. My kids were so uncomfortable

To start with, I really can't complain too much because it was VERY inexpensive...
The bathroom was not really clean (like some kind of spooge on the lid and yellow water in the bowl). The beds were too small for the frames, so the frames (big metal boxes?) stuck out 4" off both sides. The one bed near the window was pushed up against the window/a/c unit so you had to crawl over the bed to set it or get to the window blinds. The room smelled like old smoke and mold. The "breakfast" provided was some coffee, two types of cereal (with a grocery store gallon of milk), and a couple of granola bars.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!
This hotel is terrible, the walls looked like someone punched a hole and then someone slapped some stuff over top. The lock didn’t work. The floors were dirty. The outlet by the beds didn’t work. The bed was pushed up against the ac unit. The bathroom smelled horrible like sour milk. The bathtub had cracks and rust. The bed had dirt or poop or something on it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The EV chargers that were advertised didn't work. The clerk suggested I use the chargers at the hotel across the street. My room was dirty. There was dust on the heater and behind the TV, the floor was dirty enough to collect debris on my socks, there was hair on the towels and on the bed sheets.

Avoid if you can
The inn was disgusting. There were stains and hair on the sheets, hair in the sink and drain, and the heater didn’t work so we had to sleep fully clothed. Honestly we preferred it that way anyways because we didn't trust the beds to be clean. The so called complimentary breakfast is just cereal and granola bars. We only stayed one night and it was one too many
