Das Zimmer unter dem Dach ohne Klimaanlage bei einer Außentemperatur von 28 C und nur ein winziges Fensterchen eine Zumutung,und für ein Übernachtungspreis von 187 € eine bodenlose Frechheit. Für ein gehobenes Hotel,solche Besenkammern einem Gast überhaupt anzubieten,ist an Dreistigkeit kaum noch zu überbieten.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit einem Hund angereist und waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut hat uns das Ambiente und das Frühstück gefallen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Dieses Romantikhotel verdient seinen Namen "Romantik" wirklich. Wir haben uns hier so wohl gefühlt! Der Innenhof ist eine Oase der Ruhe und wenn man bei schönem Wetter auch noch draußen Abendessen kann ist es so bezaubernd. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, das A-la-Carte-Essen in der Weinstube überragend und das 3-Gänge-Menü zum Festpreis ausgesprochen günstig für die gebotene Qualität. Das ganze Team war super, zuvorkommend und ein "Geht nicht" gibt es im ganzen Hotel nicht. Nochmals danke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Schicker Eingangsbereich schöne Zimmer freundliches Personal aber direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße keine klimatisierten Zimmer Duschkopf ganze Zeit am tropfen Hotel müsste man in der Preisklasse wieder einmal modernisiert werden. Frühstück bei dem Preis zu wenig in der Vielfalt . Fazit Preisleistungsverhältniss gänzlich überzogen schade

Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie im Romantik Hotel. Wir haben das Paket mit zwei Abendessen im Restaurant gebucht und waren begeistert. Das Hotel hat grossen Charme, der Innenhof mit den Restaurantplätzen ist wunderschön, die Küche war excellent und das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen zeitnah wieder.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und insgesamt ein wenig „altbacken“, das Badezimmer eng, so dass man die Duschtür nach innen schlagen musste um nicht mit den Knien anzustoßen.
Es war ein wenig stickig und bei geöffnetem Fenster leider sehr laut, weil die Strasse entgegen der Erwartung stark befahren ist.
Der Service war insgesamt tadellos.

Freundliches Personal, aufmerksamer Service, sowohl im Restaurant, als auch im Frühstücksbereich. Unser Zimmer lag leider an der Strasse mit Blick in einen Innenhof, wo die ganze Nacht lang das Licht an und aus ging, so dass wir ein hell erleuchtetes Zimmer hatten. Keine Rolläden, keine abdunkelnden Vorhänge. Meine Nacht war lang und schlaflos:( Die Standlampe am Sessel war nicht funktionstüchtig, die Lüftung im Bad ebenfalls ausser Betrieb(Zi 57) Das Frühstücksbuffet war zufriedenstellend, der Service freundlich und zugewandt. Ich habe meine Erfahrungen sogleich(7.00) an der Rezeption gemeldet- bisher keine Reaktion! Schade Da wir auf Empfehlung angefahren sind, enttäuschend in den genannten Punkten. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Mängel behoben werden!

Very nice service very nice location in the middle of old town But the room I’m having a very hard time figuring out why it’s a 4 star . there was no air condition , there was no refrigerator & the daily cleaning was only just done. We did get ventilator from the reception which was very good service But with no spa or swimming facilities also the two cocktails we ordered from the bar was very warm and tasted a lot like premix .
