Le lit était confortable. Télé a fonctionné suite à un changement de manette. Ampoule brûlée. Cafetière à placer par terre près du lit car il n'y a pas de prise où elle est sur la table et, ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de cintres pour suspendre manteau et autres vêtements. On doit forcer à deux mains pour l'ouverture de l'eau pour la douche. Voisins en party avec cris jusqu'à 1 h du matin. Donc, plusieurs détails à vérifier avant l'arrivée de la clientèle.

The set up for this loft was perfect for our family (2 parents, 2 kids ages 5 and 7). We enjoyed having access to laundry, close proximity to a grocery store, coffee shop (Saint-Henri) and walking distance to the Old Port (roughly 20 minutes). The kitchenette allowed us to make all breakfasts at home before venturing out for the day. We even stayed in for dinner one night. Having air conditioning in the unit was also a great perk. The neighbourhood itself seems to be gentrifying. There are some hip bars/restaurants but there is also very evident poverty on the streets surrounding the loft. We are from a major city and are quite accustomed to seeing this so it didn't phase us at all. We did not feel unsafe, nor did it take away from our overall experience whatsoever.

Excellent location, close to Gare du palais and good bus service nearby to old Quebec. Very spacious and comfortable accomodation. Full facilities. Lots of cafes and reasonable restaurants nearby. Also close to supermarket. Excellent for family or 2 couples

The mattresses are really really comfortable. It was also very quiet, but probably would be different at a busier time given that we were in a ground floor unit. I always stay at the Lofts Vieux-Québec when I go to Quebec because I find it very useful to have access to a full kitchen.

No internet, or very, very bad at best, despite having reported it from the first day. Following our complaint we were told that a technical service was coming, we never saw it, and the internet continued to be practically non-existent.

Ça fait quelques fois que nous louons chez Lofts Vieux-Québec. C'est toujours très bien! Celui-ci était spacieux, bien situé et assez bien équipé. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Il y a plusieurs bons restos autour. Seul bémol, il peut y avoir du bruit dans la rue la nuit, alors apportez-vous des bouchons!

Comme l’année dernière, nous avons passé un beau séjour de 3 jours au Loft St-Roch. Mes ados adorent le lit superposé et moi l’intimité de ma chambre. Nous marchons jusque dans le vieux Québec, faisons notre épicerie au Métro tout près et dégustons une poutine chez Ashton. Merci pour le confort et à bientôt!
