The hotel was very close to old Quebec and walkable distance to all the sites. Love the hotel and the room is adequate. The king bed was really comfortable and would stay here again for sure for my next visit. The hotel is new too but I did not try the swimming pool. Maybe save it for next time to try.

View from hotel is nice but don’t  expect any amenities in the room. Have to call front desk ask for toothbrush , slippers etc

Located by the heart of old Quebec, the location was extremely convenient and the guest services team had kindly arranged a room with a great view. The size of the room was good and service generally is wonderful. The hotel has parking and provide amenities but you have to remember to request them yourself. The treats for kids was a nice touch if you're travelling with family.
Areas for other guests to note is that there are 2 parking options: 1. Self parking (cheaper) 2. Valet parking (more). The parking team said there's lots of cars and hurried us to hand over the keys and did not present us the option. The hotel while well kept is still slightly on the older side. If you have younger children, they may need some assistance to reach sinks or soaps etc.

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

Excellent location and service. Closed to the downtown and attractions. Spacious room and bathroom area, however, the air conditioning was noisy in the evening.

I booked 2 time with trip.com both time I had very bad experience. I went with my family and I booked 3 rooms and I paid $1500.00 dollars when I checked in he didn’t gave me same floor then I paid extra money to get the rooms on the same floor. They gave me bad rooms which had bugs, dirty and broken shower tub and the iron was broken too and I have all those pictures with me. This is not fair because I booked this from trip.com and I waste my money. I have all the pictures if you want proof. I had bad experiences with trip.com .

Great service by the staff, always prompt to deliver our request wirh kindness. The 5days stay was very pleasant and best location for our need. Our mom who celebrated her 65th birthday and retirement was very happy and moments were unforgettable.
