Hygiene: Everywhere in the hotel is clean, no matter the public areas or rooms, the beach will be cleaned throughout the day (except at night) The design concept follows the principle of protecting nature. The beaches of Long Beach are not bad. Although it is a little worse than the Maldives, there are still plenty of places to play with the fur ball. First of all, the hotel's comprehensive value for money is high, including breakfast and dinner, because it is the wedding anniversary, but also gave wine and small gifts, 50% off the spa, free Kashima pickup and one-hour golf experience. But one thing is not very good, that is, the service items included in the hotel were not actively notified to us, we only knew it by ourselves. The restaurant can be reserved in advance, except for the buffet, but there are restrictions on free order. The Chinese restaurant recommends that you ask a Chinese chef to do something authentic. Every night at 9 o'clock, there are still people knocking on the door for sanitation. The whole is very clean, that is, there are ants on the first floor next to the plants or something. Seeing a lot of birds and chameleons proves that the environment is very natural and original. In terms of service, there is room for improvement. There are no Maldives hotels that are doing well and feel impersonal. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights because the departure time was more than 8pm. We asked the hotel if it was 2 hours late Check out, did not get the accommodation, you need to add money to add time, cold. There is a Manluria who speaks Chinese at the front desk. Beautiful hotel with disappointing poor level of service. We have visited several O&O resorts before (Maldives, etc), so we were expecting something different. The rooms are big and very well planned, you have a view either to the seaside or to lagoon side. The cleaning service is not so good: some towels very missing nearly everyday, the sheets were not changed for 4 days-until we called reception asking to change it. Beach is long and nice, but the entrance to the sea is full of stones & corals that really hurt your feet. I don’t understand why they were not cleaned away at least in some areas. Beach bar service is very-very slow: you can wait for menu or your order for ages, many times we were going to the bar to order as no one will come to see us. Also it’s not nice to have a lot of local traders at the hotel beach, that pay local management to have access to the beach & be able to sell jewellery, shells & fake Dior & LV goods. The DJ at the beach & sunset & disco was super cool - enjoyed his music a lot! Sunset at the beach is spectacular!-do not miss it. Breakfast is very good: fantastic choice of food & very tasty. La Point restaurant at the beach is also good for lunch: fast service, good food. Tapasaki is an Asian a La carte - highly recommended for dinner. La Terrasse has great choice of food for buffet dinner. The other restaurants have serious service problems: very long waiting time just to get a menu and/or place an order. We were waiting for sommelier in Prime restaurant for 30 minutes-just to order the wine. Lunch at Badamier is also a disaster-you will spend at least 2 hours to get served & eat. Concierge service is terrible: you can get a reply to your whatsup after 4-5h, we also gave up queuing for the 1 concierge on duty after 30 mins of waiting in the line. It’s totally unacceptable for O&O. Overall the hotel did not meet our expectations of O&O resort, it’s very disappointing.

Flawless - from arrival to departure and everything in between. We travelled to C.P.M on our honeymoon at the end of October and had a fantastic holiday. We had high expectations of the hotel but the stay, service and setting exceeded them. The hotel is set in fantastic grounds - it feels very private and lots of space. This combined with less rooms than other hotels results in a really relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy. The service was second to none - special mention to Vikash and Sundeep at the beach who treated us wonderfully every day. Further to this Akhil at reception was so thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed three rounds of golf and tennis - was quite struck at the quality of equipment (given it was included I was expecting to be let down here but not at all). Food across the board was excellent - we did bed and breakfast and on reflection preferred the flexibility that this offered. Entry level rooms are exceptional - always a sign of a sensational hotel. Great beach, water sports included and total privacy if you wanted it - spot on.

During the Spring Festival, a family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and it felt great! Not willing to go! Breakfast is rich, you can also feed fish while eating (a beautiful sea fish that can only be seen by snorkeling), feed birds (see at least three kinds of birds), picturesque scenery, free experience golf, glass boat trip to and from deer during your stay Island, recreation room, elephant tortoise watching, bicycling, glass-bottom boat ride to and from the opposite bank ... I also accidentally found a lot of mango trees and Sakyamuni trees. The greening of the entire hotel is exquisite, and some live in oversized bonsai The feeling in the absolute paradise on earth!

Originally, I arrived at Maoqiu at 3 in the afternoon, but the plane was delayed 7 hours due to the weather. I took a taxi to the hotel for about 50 minutes and only arrived at the hotel at 11 in the evening. The landlord and the guy in charge of the reception have been waiting. kind. The hotel is generally clean and quiet. Breakfast is not bad, dinner is charged, 175 local rupees, not very expensive. The place is far away from the city. The next day I was going to buy a phone card. I didn't know the road. The young man in charge of the reception was about to go to school, so he took me there and talked all the way. Responsible for cleaning. The aunts who cook are very good. I want to make Kung Fu tea, but there is no boiling water. They put me a few bottles of boiling water in a thermos bottle, and they will bring it to me every day. The laundry is also very fast. I went out at noon and asked them to wash the clothes. When I came back in the afternoon, I saw neatly folded clothes. They were also cheap. Unlike the next hotel, the laundry was available 24 hours a day, and the charges were all based on the piece. The landlord is also very good, sometimes he will call a car for me when I go out, and I will chat with him every day when I have time.

Honestly the best trip ever! From start to finish the team made us feel so welcome, especially Kajal who dealt with us from the start. She ensured we had the best experience and nothing was too much… she arranged a beautiful trip for us to Trou deau douce to see the 5 islands - which was honestly such a special day, from monkeys to a bbq on the beach it was amazing. My mum even rang the hotel one day worrying about me and my boyfriend as we didn’t answer her texts & Kajal let us know straight away and was so lovely. The room was fantastic & recently updated so super modern - would 100% recommend beach front villa as it has everything you need and feels super luxury! Kavina who cleaned the rooms was very lovely and remembered my name which was sweet. Black Rock was our favourite for food out of the restaurants on offer & the buffet indian night was also really lovely - we went back for more & more & more until we could burst haha! We rented a car so could easily visit the south, it is a bit of a drive so but would absolutely recommend this as it made the trip feel like an adventure - Le Morne is beautiful!! And if you can do a seaplane too would recommend. If not, there is plenty to do near the hotel & the staff will recommend trips etc. including visiting the sister hotel which is also lovely! Overall a great stay, with the highlight of the hotel honestly being such a warm welcome from Kajal. We really hope this isn’t our last time visiting the island & the Radisson. We have made such special memories in Mauritius & thank you so much!
