As soon as I arrived I noticed that the toilet seat was moving a lot because it wasn't fixed. So I went down to reception and asked if they would kindly change my room, and they told me they were fully booked. In the meantime I went to have dinner asking if they could fix it... but when I returned I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't possible.
But when I arrived it was full of people checking in, so if they wanted they could change my room...
When I used the sink I had other unpleasant surprises as it was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the shower also had little pressure.
Under the bed there were flakes of dust, I mention them because I dropped something and that's the only reason I noticed it.
In this regard, I think that the cleaning ladies must report when something is wrong or broken so that these very unpleasant situations that make the desire to return do not occur.

We have really enjoyed our staying at this beautiful, well furnished and very clean Hotel. Excellent price and very good breakfast (optional). The service is excellent: everyone at the Reception: Jessica, Andrea, Giada, Luana, Amer, Matteo, takes good care of All guests and make everyone feel at their ease! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of light and have everything needed for a great stay! Additionally, one can shop for many other items at the reception: All in All, we will definitely come back. Ambiente curato e pulito, letto comodo servizi ottimi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione Comoda posizione tra Treviso e Venezia. Locali per cenare disponibili in zona Ci siamo trovati bene. Avevo anche necessità di un buon Wi-Fi per lavorare ed era efficiente

Hotel con rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Personale cortese, camere pulite, colazione molto buona e varia. Un plus e’ avere una zona nella hall libera, in cui è possibile pranzare con piatti da asporto. Parcheggio comodo fronte hotel.

Noisy
The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The noise level was very annoying. People partying outside our window until 4am.
