Good environment, good facilities

As soon as I arrived I noticed that the toilet seat was moving a lot because it wasn't fixed. So I went down to reception and asked if they would kindly change my room, and they told me they were fully booked. In the meantime I went to have dinner asking if they could fix it... but when I returned I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't possible. But when I arrived it was full of people checking in, so if they wanted they could change my room... When I used the sink I had other unpleasant surprises as it was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the shower also had little pressure. Under the bed there were flakes of dust, I mention them because I dropped something and that's the only reason I noticed it. In this regard, I think that the cleaning ladies must report when something is wrong or broken so that these very unpleasant situations that make the desire to return do not occur.

Понравилось все, удобное местоположение (рядом аэропорт), гостеприимный и приятный персонал, чистый номер, хорошие завтраки.

Sono ormai 5 mesi, da dicembre dello scorso anno ad oggi, che mi capita di alloggiare al B&B di Quarto d'Altino. La sua bellissima struttura dotata di ampio parcheggio antistante e comode stanze con ampio bagno annesso sono una garanzia per una permanenza rilassante e riposante in quel di Quarto d'Altino, luogo vicino a Treviso e a Venezia, collegato perfettamente a queste bellissime città dalla Stazione di Quarto, lontana soltanto pochi chilometri, da percorrersi anche a piedi, dal B&B. Da segnalare anche la possibilità della colazione a buffet, sia dolce sia salata, che permette un inizio di giornata a 5 stelle con una ricca offerta di delizie gestita, con estrema cortesia e premura, dalla Signora Cristina. A questo proposito mi tiene rilevare la gentilezza e cordialità di tutto il personale, dai receptionist agli addetti della pulizia, che ti fanno sentire a casa propria già dal tuo ingresso nel B&B, senza dimenticare la festosa accoglienza riservata ai nostri amici animali benvenuti - anche loro - a soggiornare in questa struttura. Insomma, un luogo dove soggiornare e ritornare è sempre un piacere per la mente e per lo spirito.
