Sono stato in questo tranquillo hotel a pochi minuti da Pozzuoli per visitare la mia famiglia napoletana il mese scorso ed è stato tutto perfetto: dalla camera super pulita ed accogliente alla gustosa colazione tutto top! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Ricezione pessima!!!! Gita scolastica di mia figlia, 5 anno della primaria: bambini di 10 anni, arrivati alle ore 20, lasciati fuori all' aperto, al freddo, per un'ora e mezza, per un problema di camere..... Nessun albergo del mondo, a maggior ragione con prenotazione e pagamento anticipato, lascia un cliente fuori in attesa della preparazione delle camere o del disbrigo di pratiche burocratiche!!!! Inaccettabile!!!! E poi, alle richieste di alcuni bambini per una pietanza diversa, rispondere anche che la cucina è chiusa...... Che chiudano subito, non possono fare gli albergatori in questo modo!!!!!!
