Die persönliche Kommunikation ist ausbaufähig in den Zeiträumen, wenn das Personal vor Ort ist. Die Website sollte angepasst werden. zB. das Frühstück Samstag, Sonntag ist nicht mehr in der Sagibeiz, jedoch nach wie vor so angepriesen. Der Fernseher ist ohne Gebrauchsanweisung nur für EDV-Cracks problemlos nutzbar. Es sollte für jeden Gast eine Zutrittskarte ins Zimmer, resp. ins Hotel vorhanden sein, auch für Paare.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Im Bereich des Schlafes wäre es gut, auch kleinere und weniger schwere Kissen vorzufinden.

Die Loft ist unglaublich luftig - so viel Platz hat man selten. Vom Balkon sieht man den Walensee in seiner Pracht. Wir waren zu acht (Familienreise) und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Sagibeiz hat uns eine vielseitige Tavolata serviert - das Essen war gut und mehr als ausreichend. Die Weinkarte führt auch regionale Weine auf, welche sehr gut zum Essen passen. Ein sehr gelungener Familienausflug.

Zimmer war erst um 16h bezugsbereit. Keine Erklärung im Zimmer wie die Sauna usw. funktioniert. Die Sauna war voll in Betrieb, Personal wusste nicht genau wie abstellen usw. Sehr Unprofessionell ! Sauberkeit im Zimmer unterdurchschnittlich, kurz gesagt schmuddelig. Betten/Bettwäsche sehr gut. Dass man aber bei solchen Zimmerpreisen für den Autoaussenparkplatz noch 10.- pro Tag zahlen musste ist schon fast eine Frechheit.
