We went back again to our favourite hotel the Tivoli and as always it didn't disappoint. As always the staff are so friendly and professional and you always receive such a genuine reception. Rooms are always spotless and tended to at all times. The Tivoli is our little bit of happiness x

A lovely hotel, but not 5 star. This was our third visit, the last being 10 years previously. There has been renovation to the rooms, it was badly needed but all corridors are still the same. Great position overlooking the Marina. Definitely a 5 star view and the pool area has been improved vastly and was a great place to sit. However, it’s the little things that let it down. Like no free water around the pool. In this day and age that should available as standard in 5 star hotels. Absolutely no Gluten free options for lunch and the staff don’t seem to know what you are talking about. At breakfast though there is a Gluten free area! The teabags and coffee weren’t restocked everyday in the room. If we ever phoned reception it took a an extremely long time for them to answer the phone, if at all. Like I say it’s the little things but when u stay in 5 star hotels around the world there is a massive difference to staying here. I would recommend the hotel purely because of its position in Vilamoura but don’t expect a 5 star service.

Great location. Breakfast was okay however bacon and sausage poor quality but plenty of other choices. Missed having a kettle in the room plus no fridge to store water(unless you purchased goods that were in the small fridge).

Hotel is really nice and the location is excellent. Unfortunately the service doesn’t match the price we paid and therefore the expectations. Drinks took forever by the pool, sometimes they didn’t even arrive, check in was extreamly long winded, other than that enjoyed the stay

We stayed here between 12-19th July 2025. The attention to details and the care from all the staff we dealt with was exemplary. From Rita and Gabriel at the reception desks to the hospitality ,restaurant and the hospitality staff. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to other people. Was very well looked after. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
