非常糟糕的體驗！從入住開始就一直被告知沒有，酒店泳池維護，在入住時才告知，並且沒有任何補救措施。酒店燈整體是暖色，結果主燈是冷光，還不夠亮，還不如縣城招待所。年代久遠的設施，根本配不上五星的價格，服務更是拉垮，見到的服務員都有一種老國企的無名自信，假笑假關心，太給泉州丟臉。除了位置，這酒店一無是處

住的南馨樓塔景行政房，確實可以看到雙塔（實際步行距離大概十幾分鍾）。
酒店位置非常好，去城裡很多景點步行可達，稍遠點的可以叫小白車。去遠點的地方打車也很方便（城內有些民宿是不能直接打到出租的）。周邊餐廳也很多很方便。
雖然是老酒店，房型設施也比較老派，但維護得很好，衞生也很好。工作人員也都很nice很專業。前台小潘辦理入住時很熱情友善，提供酒店印製的旅遊地圖，並且親自手繪線路説明。入住恰逢生日，還貼心贈送酒店自製蛋糕（6寸的，吃不完啊吃不完）。客房服務部也很好，每晚可以電話訂花生湯或者熱牛奶（盒裝的）。每天送水果、小吃，還送了杯墊、零食禮包、蒸汽眼罩，給小朋友送了文具禮盒。酒店客房裡有很多種泉州旅行地圖、旅遊指南、地方文史介書籍，數量和質量都是在其他旅遊城市的酒店裡沒遇到過的。
早餐的用餐人數比較多，但服務還是及時能跟上的。麪線糊蠔仔煎很好吃。

老牌酒店裝修比較舊了 ，但是服務在線，特別是前台小潘還給寶寶送了小禮物。晚上也有花生湯和牛奶，牛奶還是温的 很贊。

裝修風格有年頭，但酒店維護的很好，打掃的非常乾淨。床品舒適，有凈水龍頭，洗護髮潤膚露Ahava好用。

位置很棒，在老城內，出門隨手就有小白。
酒店前台塗伯雄先生的服務很棒，給了攻略圖，各種説了細節，真的能讓一個陌生人對這個泉州產生極大的好感。
酒店晚上免費的牛奶花生糖更是點睛之筆，酒店總體設施偏老，但是總體來説非常滿意。

酒店位於老城中心鬧中取靜的位置。出門就是中山路商業街。西街，開元寺，文廟，關岳廟等景點步行即可到達。酒店房間乾淨，温度適宜。工作人員都非常友好。非常感謝客房服務員餘惠愛女士，每天早晚兩次打掃整理房間，晚間還貼心送上小點心👍下次來泉州旅遊，還會選擇泉州酒店。
