過年期間1600一晚的價格還不是江景的房間，價格高我可以接受，但是起碼你負責和設施都要成正比吧！
這幾天泉州24度，房間內很悶熱，開了窗都不覺得涼快，晚上睡覺拉上窗簾風根本進不來。這是問題出來了，酒店的空調衹能開熱的，不能開冷的，冷空調被酒店關了。小孩子悶的睡不好覺，打電話和酒店溝通，酒店各種理由推脱，就是不能開冷空調，最後給了一個電風扇算矇混過關了。
酒店的早餐堪比鄉村大食堂，第一天還有酸奶，第二條沒有了，問了服務員，服務員表示前一天酸奶都被客人拿光了，所以今天就沒有酸奶了，真的是驚呆了我們！早餐的西點都是買來現成的，還是品質很差的那種，咖啡也是，口感都很差。
朋友房間的馬桶壞了，等了40分鐘都沒有人來修，最後給換了房間，酒店真的不把客人當回事！

酒店位置很好，位於泰禾廣場，公交便利，租車點就在旁邊。出門即是泉州之眼，吃飯有大小餐廳可供選擇，購物商超都很方便，距蟳埔2-3公里，沿江邊走走就到了。大廳有酒店到附近景點的展示圖，房間乾淨、設施稍老舊，服務態度很好，從窗户能望到樓下的學校和江景。
