The room is spacious but cleanliness need to hugely improve. Lots of hair on the room floor as well as shower area. Hotel location is not central, in fact far from Quanzhou downtown, miles away from main tourist attractions.

The ambiance here is fantastic, and the service is truly on par with a five-star hotel. Our luggage was delivered right to our room, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade. They also provide free late-night snacks every day, plus there's a huge parking lot. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty decent. Plenty of parking! It's a reasonable distance from the old town. Service: Service was great, and the front desk even upgraded our room. Our upgraded room was on the 7th floor of the Performance Wing. The room felt freshly renovated. Being sensitive to smells, I immediately noticed a strong renovation odor. Opening the window didn't help, as the outdoor air had an unpleasant, sewer-like smell, much like a sewer back-up. This was a major drawback for the room. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean! Individual Buffet Lunch & Dinner: Our room rate included both buffet lunch and dinner for one person, which conveniently took care of all our meals. The ginger duck at the buffet was absolutely delicious and very popular – if you didn't get there early, it was usually all gone! Overall: Overall, it's a decent stay! It's clean, the service is good, and the food is great. The only downside is that the renovation smell in the room needs more time to air out.

This hotel is fantastic, offers great value for money, and definitely deserves a five-star rating. The hotel, founded by a retired serviceman, truly embodies values like integrity, trustworthiness, generosity, and an inclusive spirit, which we felt throughout our stay. We were traveling with our child this time, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They generously upgraded our room for free and thoughtfully provided a children's welcome kit and breakfast. Even when our child accidentally broke some tea-ware during our stay, we weren't charged for it. The lobby offers complimentary bottled water, a coffee station, and other beverages. The service is incredibly thoughtful and personalized – truly outstanding!

Getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel is located right next to the bus terminal, and both Xunpu Fishing Village and West Street are easily accessible, just about a 30-minute bus ride away. The service was fantastic! We were guided through the check-in process by excellent customer service staff. The facilities were great too. The TV offered a wide selection of channels, including live broadcasts, without requiring any VIP subscription. But what truly surprised me was the buffet! After exploring the area, I actually decided to return to the hotel for their buffet. It's the first time I've ever had breakfast, lunch, AND dinner at the same hotel. A truly comfortable experience. As a genuine traveler, I highly recommend Binhai 👍🏻. If you're visiting Quanzhou, make sure to stay at Binhai!

Binhai Hotel comes highly recommended, especially for its military-friendly features. Parking is quite convenient, making it a good choice if you're visiting Quanzhou. Guests receive a complimentary welcome kit upon check-in, and in-house guests also enjoy free late-night snacks. While the selection isn't extensive, it's a very nice and appreciated offering.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a strong sewage smell. The bed was incredibly springy, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. But the absolute worst part was the incredibly poor soundproofing – I could hear every laugh from the next room, every conversation in the hallway, and every door slam with crystal clarity. To top it all off, the blankets were moldy. I simply couldn't stand it!

This hotel is operated by a local organization known for its military support. It boasts an excellent location, with the Tiancuo Beef Restaurant nearby highly recommended – the beef is fresh and delicious, definitely worth a try! The hotel offers a large parking lot, and the front desk service was exceptional. We also received a complimentary buffet lunch and a late-night snack with our room. While breakfast was decent, the coffee from the machine was just okay. The bedding and linens were clean and tidy, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the room itself was spacious. Please note that the room type is one room with two beds, not two separate rooms (each with a bed). Overall, it was a good experience!

The room was a decent size and had good natural light. The facilities were also quite good, featuring smart home technology. However, to be completely honest, I really couldn't stand the lighting; it was so dim and gloomy. But then again, that's just a matter of personal preference. What was most odd was that the twin room only came with one chair, although a staff member later found and brought me another. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful (they even provided a charging cable because there was no power outlet by the bedside!). Overall, these weren't major issues, and I would still choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel offers incredible value for money. This was by far the most satisfying hotel of my seven-day trip exploring Fuzhou, Pingtan, and Quanzhou. The service was exceptional, including welcome fruit and excellent dining arrangements. Every staff member, from the front desk to security and the housekeeping team, was incredibly courteous and polite. I even received a complimentary room upgrade, and my license plate was pre-registered. All services were proactive and delivered with genuine care. I was both satisfied and genuinely impressed, especially as a fellow professional in the hospitality industry. This place deserves to be fully booked, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! 👍👍👍

Pros: The front desk staff were exceptionally warm, polite, and thoughtful; they even provided a new ID card holder for free when mine was worn out. Complimentary fruit was provided, and children received a welcome souvenir. The room boasts a fully integrated smart home system, controlled by a device like Xiaodu, making it incredibly convenient for playing music and streaming movies/TV shows. Free TV access is also available. Furthermore, complimentary breakfast (featuring dozens of rich and nutritious Chinese and Western dishes) and late-night snacks are included. Robot delivery service brings takeout directly to the room. The hotel's surroundings are bustling with shops, making dining out and buying drinks very convenient. It's located just over 2 kilometers from Wanda Plaza and 4-5 kilometers from various attractions, approximately a 30-minute taxi ride away. Cons: On the downside, the key card sensors for both the elevator and the room door were occasionally unresponsive. The open-plan design of the bathroom, which integrates the toilet, shower, and vanity area, resulted in poor soundproofing. A major annoyance was that whenever you approached the vanity or opened the bathroom door, the lights in all three areas automatically turned on, and there was absolutely no way to switch them off in any mode! This meant that using the toilet in the middle of the night would brightly illuminate the entire room and the bed. The loud toilet flush was also very disruptive to sleep, and to make matters worse, the toilet itself had an unpleasant odor. These issues are a direct consequence of the open-plan bathroom design that connects directly to the sleeping area! Furthermore, there's no main overhead light in the room, leading to insufficient lighting at night. There's no lamp above the desk, making it too dark for children to write or read comfortably. The bedside USB charging port was slow, making phone charging inefficient. Finally, I regrettably forgot to take photos, but upon checking in on the first day, I noticed noticeable stains on the sofa and chairs, which significantly lowered my initial impression.

We booked a twin room on a special offer, but the front desk staff proactively upgraded our room type, making our stay much more comfortable. The service was indeed as excellent as previous positive reviews suggested. It's conveniently located, with most attractions only a 15-20 minute journey away. The surrounding area also offers easy access to transportation and plenty of street food options in the evenings. Definitely offers great value for money.

I booked the media room. Although it didn't have a window, the screen was incredibly large, and the projection quality was superb. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping was very prompt. The overall ambiance was excellent; the lobby was spacious, offering a generous selection of complimentary fruits and beverages. The service was exceptional; they offered a complimentary room upgrade and extended a free late check-out. The set meal was surprisingly substantial and quite tasty.
