好評: 入住手續快捷，餐廳環境味道好，價格合適。退房遺忘了插頭，主動電話聯繫。
差評:服務意識淡薄。晚班服務，房間裏衹有兩個枕頭，兩大兩小，晚上電話前台，一個男孩子回答説住滿了沒有多餘的枕頭了，明明2號樓1號樓沒住滿。
停車管理混亂，停車場離住宿樓有一定距離，保安説上面停車位滿了，不讓上去，其實上面可以停車或者臨時停靠放行李，沒有引導也沒有幫助，行李得自己拎上去。

房間本來不報希望，結果入住的時候有點超預期，房間設計挺新的，還有個陽台可以觀山賞月，環境很幽靜，離景區也很近。餐廳的晚飯也很好吃，雖然早餐有點糊弄🤣希望以後能改進，房間的照片沒有拍，發幾張天湖美景🥮

整體性價比超預期，清涼舒爽，入住愜意。前台服務人員偏少，尤其餐廳服務時間太短。菜品口味不錯，份量偏少；早餐很好，油條好吃。去天湖，這家酒店是不二之選。

我的天，體驗感極差，早餐讓我無力吐槽，沒有什麼品種我接受，重點是一進早餐廳，有個女服務員就一直盯着你拿吃的，監視你是否多拿，用餐過程，多拿了兩個雞蛋，多嗦了碗粉，服務員就開始蛐蛐：那桌女的拿4個雞蛋 男的吃了三碗粉，中途就一直各種盯着，長這麼大，吃個早餐偷感好重呀，一大早好心情全部被破壞了，不過環境還是很舒服的

暑假山頂也就是23度左右 很舒適
但是晚上睡覺沒有空調還是會有點點熱
