In general, I recommend this place. This hotel is designed for travelers with a rented car.
Before checking in, contact the staff. They will give you a phone number. I contacted them via WhatsApp. We were told where to come and leave our car, it was a gas station, and then they took us away in their Toyota Hilux. When checking in, we were offered a package of services: a 4-hour jeep tour of the Wadi Rum desert, unlimited dinner but drinks are paid, and a night excursion to the desert with lying on the sand, tea and hookah. Everything costs 200 JD for two. We did not bargain, everything suited us. There is also an excellent breakfast with drinks included in the price of accommodation.
We were given room M5, this is a bungalow on the 1st line. The view from the window is gorgeous. There is a good bathroom, towels and toiletries. Two single beds, a balcony. Air conditioning. No TV. A table and two chairs.
WIFI is only in the restaurant area.

+ Great location if you need a break
- Trip tell you that water is free but it’s not ! Once you come to the room you don’t get a welcoming drink and if you want to drink you have to purchase from them for 1 JOD. Dinner is charged 15 JOD (without drink even water)
They tried to scam us with a hot air balloon tour that we’ve booked from them but it has been cancelled by the company due to the weather because it was too windy, and they tried to charged us 20 JOD for « transportation » knowing that it has been cancelled by the company not us

Nice camp with friendly staff. I think it was only me and two other guests at the camp so the staff was very attentive and accommodating. Dinner was 12JOD. it was really good. Breakfast was average. Bonfire at night and different activities to partake it. I did the 2 hour sunrise tour for 25JOD. It was ok. Watched the sunset, stopped at a castle(extra fee to enter), a rock and a souvenir shop and had tea. The tour guide let me drive the truck back and he did a great job taking photos and videos

After two nights of sleep, the room was almost the same as the one on the website.
Because the accommodation is in Wadi Rum (but outside the reserve), there is basically no mobile phone signal and internet.
Only the public lobby has wifi within the accommodation.
Before arrival, you need to make an appointment with the owner. The car is parked outside and you can transfer to the jeep to enter the camp.
We made an appointment with the owner in advance to pick us up.
(We checked out at 6:00 am, and the owner helped to arrange it without saying anything.)
We participated in the 6-hour jeep tour arranged by the hotel, 120JOD in total (for four people), and lunch was also included.
Although the guy's English was not very good, he still felt that he was very attentive to us.
We had dinner in the camp for two days, 12JOD per person.
All the partners were very satisfied with the underground barbecue (lamb and chicken) on the second day.
Because of the price, it is not very high-end, but it is acceptable, and I also have good memories in Wadi Rum.
