Nevertheless with such a mentality of those in charge and untranspatent practices, it's a mixed bag of experiences. It's paramount to improve transparency and accountability should it continue wanting to attract more tourists. Most people are very friendly except some for working in the scenic areas, they looked so bothered when asked by tourists for help.
