On the next day he said the price was only possible without a paper ticket. We got in all the entrances but were stopped and questioned till he intervened. It didn't feel great to be involved in this unexplicit and shady handling. Puzhehei is rich in resources. Nevertheless with such a mentality of those in charge and untranspatent practices, it's a mixed bag of experiences. It's paramount to improve transparency and accountability should it continue wanting to attract more tourists. Most people are very friendly except some for working in the scenic areas, they looked so bothered when asked by tourists for help.
