Пока не поменяют в этом отеле весь египетский персонал на нормальных людей не стоит сюда даже ехать. Отель новый красивый, НО персонал хамы, огрызаются. В первый же день официант выбросил нашу карту от номера, когда уберут стол!!!! На просьбу сделать кофе, бармен на пляже сказал что сделает его вечером, а заказали мы его в 10:00 утра))₽ на комментарий чтобы он вел себя адекватно и что он грубый он отелил: ok, thanks Персонал не обученные бедуины, которых НУЖНО учить как вести себя с гостями. Касательно питания, все вкусно, но мало. Готолдными не будете, но не ожидайте ничего luxury от этого отеля. Один вид курочки, один вид рыбки. Алкоголь как и везде в Египте) Море красивые, отель новый. Персонал быдло

Отель очень слабый. На пятерку не тянет, не то что luxury. Сервис просто нулевой. Персонал делает вид, что не понимает, падает на дурачков. На ужине выкинули ключ от номера и упорно не понимали, в чем дело. На баре просишь кофе на кокосовом молоке- они соглашаются и делают на обычном. Или при тебе доливают молоко с холодильника просто в кофе, оно свернулось и на этом кофе питие закончилось. Изобилия еды нет. Выбор очень скудный. Вкусно, но выбрать не из чего- один вид мяса, непонятно какой и все. Голодным, понятно, не останешься, но на что-то лакшери не рассчитывайте) Сладостей нет никаких. Бармены ужасные, непонятно что мешают, огрызаются, хамят. К клинингу вопросов только нет. Чисто, аккуратно, спасибо. Остальному персоналу учиться и учиться. Отель красивый, новый, чистый, но из-за персонала впечатление просто ужасное. Не рекомендуем, лучше выберите другое направление вообще, этому курорту ещё нужно несколько лет, чтобы войти в режим.

One of the best hotels with ana amazing staff friendly helpful nice all the staff there Rooms are amazing with great view Food the quality and varieties great selection and amazing taste special thanks to Mr. Tarek Abdelhameed restaurant manager for taking care of everything even the small details to get out this amazing experience Kids friendly and the animation team are very nice pools are amazing the facilities of the hotels they have everything thank u for the best vacation so proud to have such hotel with this amazing team in Egypt

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. Is beautiful, with well-kept rooms, a stunning beach, and plenty of pools to relax by. The service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Restaurants deserves a special mention—delicious food with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The buffet was fresh, flavorful, and had something for everyone, from local dishes to international favorites. But the real highlight of my trip was the entertainment team – Dash, Alex, and Kora. They were absolutely amazing, full of energy, and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. The daily activities, games, and evening shows were so much fun, and their enthusiasm was contagious. A big thank you to them for making my vacation unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel is super, I was especially pleased with the children's show, the children were absolutely delighted. The living conditions are wonderful, the rooms are clean and cozy, we recommend it to everyone!!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is top-notch – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The animation team was full of energy and made every day fun and exciting. The kids’ club was absolutely fantastic – great staff, fun activities, and a program that kept our children happy and entertained all day long. Truly a perfect place for a family vacation. Very nice horse riding on the beach! Thuraya took care of everything and was our amazing guide! Ahmed has very sweet horses and we enjoyed our time with them a lot! Horse riding at the beach was nice, we had a lot od time with horses for riding and also taking nice pictures with their photographer🌅
