Xinyue Meixin at the front desk is kind, and the service is super warm, comparable to a five-star hotel! The price of the room is very affordable. The parking lot has the license plate registered in advance, which is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Wanda. The room is new, clean, complete supporting facilities, unlimited supply of mineral water, rich breakfast, very hot and delicious! I will stay here next time I come to Qiqihar! This is the first time I really want to give a review!

For a few days, the room set in Trip.com never had to be deposited. Taihu wine asked for a deposit of 200 yuan. When I left, I handed over the room card and said that the deposit WeChat was returned to the original road. I didn't say what was used. What was missing. We left the hotel after half an hour after handing in the card. Because the four of us had breakfast in the morning, three people had diarrhea. I also found the front desk and told them to reflect with the hotel owner and restaurant, pay attention to food safety. We didn't mention any requirements. But after arriving home, I saw that the deposit was deducted 2 yuan. I don't know why it's $198.
To be honest, the hardware of Taihu Hotel is particularly good, whether it is the price environment, the location is first-class. But the software management and service need to be strengthened.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a free pick-up and drop-off service. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Qiqihar South Station. There is a bus stop downstairs and it is not expensive to take a taxi from Qiqihar Station. However, the hotel facilities are not as good as the hotels under the Huazhu Club. The TV can watch several channels and can't cast screens. The facilities are not smart and there is a refrigerator, but the front desk service is very good.

GGuest UserCome back to visit relatives during the Spring Festival and stay for seven nights. This hotel is much better than expected. The room has changed the bedding twice. The dining is combined with Chinese and Western. The breakfast every day has some changes. The cooking is very tasty and the coffee is delicious. The only downside is that there is no knife and fork. It is recommended to prepare two or three sets for guests who need it.
