Wanda Hotel in Qiqihar is the best hotel in Qiqihar. It is very honorable to arrange friends to stay here. The lobby of the hotel is decorated with red-crowned crane elements, which is luxurious and magnificent. The service quality is excellent. Especially Manager Liu at the front desk. When checking in, my friend asked about the background wall, and he introduced it to us very professionally. He also carefully introduced other business places of the hotel, such as breakfast room, gym, and Chinese restaurant. The hotel rooms are also clean and tidy, with complete facilities. You don't need to bring anything else, just check in with your luggage. In short, it is a very satisfactory hotel experience!!!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Qiqihar, and I returned again, largely for the fantastic local barbecue. As always, it was wonderfully welcoming and comfortable. My license plate was pre-registered, allowing me to park directly in the underground garage without any hassle. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was diverse, featuring delicious Daifuku and rich, aromatic coffee. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite – a truly thoughtful gesture that made my stay even better. A staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful; after check-in, she proactively sent a message with thoughtful tips on how to use the smart home voice activation system and even pointed out the location of the remote controls. Her service was meticulous and professional, making me feel truly at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again because of her warm and attentive service. The upgraded room featured a smart voice assistant, activated by 'Hello, Jinjiang', and they even offered convenient robot delivery services for takeaways and water. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Feihe Bridge. After dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the lake and across the bridge, truly soaking in the relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere.

The check-in efficiency at the front desk was very high, and Miss Lemon introduced the surrounding attractions and food attentively. The toiletries were also of good quality, and the breakfast was rich in variety, both Chinese and Western. The freshly ground coffee was especially fragrant. I will choose this hotel next time I come here! Highly recommended!

Second: I booked a big bed room. The photo is very good. It should be on the 19th floor of Block C. As a result, I arranged for the 14th floor of Block B to become a normal room with two beds. Tell me that the room is big! What twin bed do I want by myself? Why do you want that big? And I think I booked the photo of the suite. Everyone can see the photo of my reservation and the photo of his twin bed. If it weren't for the photo, how could I book it? Third: The sanitation in the room is actually OK, but when I took a bath towel to wipe my body, I found four super long hairs. I didn’t know how the cleaning aunt did the work. I mainly felt disgusting. Who knows if the bath towel has not been changed? I folded it up again, Fourth: The design of the room is very problematic. There is no reservation for a socket at the head of the two beds. Later, I saw a plug-in row with a router behind the bedside table by the window. It is inconvenient to charge the phone without a plug-in row at the head of the bed. There are so many problems. I want to tell the boss that the service has not done this.
