We were later given a new kettle. Price: The National Day premium is three times the usual price. I really didn’t expect the price in Qiqihar to be like this. This is probably the place with the lowest value for money during our trip. Parking: Not free, location not guaranteed. Municipal parking management spaces on the sidewalk are 4 yuan/hour during the day.
