酒店就在景區裏，憑入住房卡可以把車開進來，直接停在酒店旁。
可以在旁邊職工食堂吃飯，阿姨做飯不錯。
衹有入住酒店才可以看最美的日落喲

酒店服務很好，環境不錯，在景區裏面，沒有餐廳吃飯，衹有酒店飯堂。交通不是很方便，叫出租車不讓開進酒店。

酒店就在景區裏面，不用早早起來趕第一場丹頂鶴放飛，確實很方便。我們自己開車過來，車子可以開到酒店門口，第二天酒店會幫忙預訂小火車，很適合我們帶娃的家庭。房間環境的話比較一般，酒店裝修有點年頭了，進房間有幾道門檻，説實話這個設計很不合理，搬行李箱很吃力！最後吐槽下熱水問題，人多洗澡的話熱水不夠用，如果提前告知會更好

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，冬天入住很暖和，環境清凈整潔。尤其是前台人員服務態度好，我們入住時的前台服務員叢靜服務態度非常好，來之前我們多次打電話諮詢她時，她不厭其煩給我們介紹丹頂鶴的相關情況，我們到酒店後又給我們提供了很多幫助，包括給我們聯繫接送車輛，我們想吃當地的美食，她又多方幫我們打聽特色飯店，每次去放飛區她都主動幫我們與擺渡車聯繫給我們留好座位等等……，我們一行人非常感動，從小叢身上看到了扎龍景區和扎龍賓館員工優秀的服務風範，給我們外地遊客無比温暖和感動，給我們留下美好的回憶，我們以後還要來。
