我提前預訂了大床房，我比較晚到賓館入住，到賓館辦理入住時前台並沒有預留房間，給我辦理了雙床房，房間的燈還是單控開關，衹有門口一個開關，而且廁所洗澡時下水道還是堵的，不通水，簡直差勁，完全就是忽悠顧客。
