總體感覺都很不錯
本次還有幸體驗了套房升級
真的很棒！
設施：都很新 24年出差的時候據説剛裝修好
衞生：都很不錯

路上聽司機介紹説這個賓館原來是專門接待領導和外賓的，近兩年重新裝修才向普通民眾開放。抵達後果然沒有失望，走廊地毯厚實，房間很寬敞，裝修有特色，園林型酒店，環境優美，車位很多，都後悔沒開車來了。附近就有挺大的口碑不錯的烤肉店，離網紅店也不遠，位置挺優越。前台服務態度很好，始終保持微笑服務。按金退還很快。圖片是房內很有特色的市內景區圖譜，很有意思。房間內兩個電視都還挺大的，燒水壺挺復古，上網查了一下正品要500多。

很高興看到湖濱煥新營業，親身體驗感受很不錯，整體環境非常好，直通龍沙公園，服務也符合產品定位，中餐廳的菜品也可圈可點。
設施上有點小情況還可以在細節上提高一些，衞生間的門因為沒有門吸，在沒鎖上的情況下是半開狀態，轉身時會磕到！花灑被水垢堵塞比較嚴重，説明沒有做水質軟化；另外，花灑也有漏水，設備日常維護還不太到位。
整體感覺很好，齊市最好並最具性價比的酒店！
