因為喜歡這個酒店 喜歡齊齊哈爾 這次出差再來還特意帶了家人 酒店還是那個酒店 但工作人員真是可圈可點
設施：酒店較新 從大堂到返回鍵都不錯 房間與房間之間隔音也算是不錯 但奇葩的是 房間的大門幾乎不隔音 樓道里的風吹草動 聽的一清二楚 保潔阿姨的手機 對講機 就沒停過 半夜醉酒的客人和不省心的小孩兒 更是連續兩晚 把我吵醒
衞生：不錯
環境：距離萬達很近
服務：值夜班的那位姑娘 學學溝通的技巧吧 你的客人連續兩個晚上 被樓道里無良的客人 在大半夜兩三點吵醒 你一定歉意沒有 還試圖跟我辯論 我真的是服了 我在預訂的時候特意備註 遠離電梯 安靜房間 你們應該知道這層有我這樣一個睡眠較輕需要安靜的客人 即便不知道 一幫醉酒的人 半夜辦理入住 安排到酒店 工作人員應當特別注意 但竟然允許這幫人在樓道里開着門 嚷嚷了近半小時 實在忍無可忍 我撥通前台電話 要求處理 沒想到還遇到工作人員要強詞奪理 你們到底有沒有把客人放在第一位 管理水平令人堪憂 最讓我不能理解的是 跟我説 我的房間已經升級 但是我的房間比同事的 比我父母的都小 我也不知道升級在哪裡……算了 這不重要……酒店再好 管理水平跟不上也是要命

前台檸檬小姐姐服務態度很好 處理問題速度很快 房間乾淨整潔 周邊的配套設施齊全 就在萬達旁邊 出行方便 齊齊哈爾烤肉好吃 下次還會選擇希爾頓酒店入住
