重點講下地緣位置：這家民宿背靠培蘭村，沒有大城市噪音，沒有海邊潮氣，沒有網傳22萬一晚；位於博鰲核心景點圈的中心：論壇會址，蔡家宅，沙美印象，博鰲禪寺等，打車十多塊就到；靠近主要公路滴滴好打（偏的地方出租車打不着）靠近玉帶灘可以看海上日出衞生：見圖，寫着民宿，賓館級的衞生，倆字，整潔服務：點名表揚老闆，熟悉周邊情況，主動開車送我去海邊看日出，很熱心風格：就是一般民宿風格，比較接地氣，旁邊是村莊，炒菜好吃安全：用鑰匙開門，比較“懷舊”我見過安全的酒店電梯都要刷房卡才給用。但是這個價位倒也説得過去。
