Facilities: relatively new hotels, all of which are high-end hotels in Boao Hygiene: The sanitation is well cleaned and the cleaning staff is very responsible Environment: Close to the beach, not far from the town, and convenient for eating Service: The service is not good. First of all, the reception desk is the first thing you come into contact with when you enter the hotel. I stood in front of it for a long time, but the receptionist was busy playing with his phone and did not notice the arrival of the guests. It was unprofessional, and this happened twice! I have to complain about the dinner on the 3rd floor. The dishes were all cold when they were served, and the table was not wiped clean when a guest left. There were even rice grains on it! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on Hainan island. Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Guantang again. It was very good. I would like to thank the service housekeeper Xiao Li spring for helping me with some check-in matters. I was so touched. He also asked me about my experience with concern. I would also like to thank the front desk clerk Lu Shuman and sophiaLv for helping us explain some questions we didn't understand. The attitude was warm and polite. The housekeeper Xiao Li helped me for the second time. Thank you very much🙏 And the pool attendant Ms. Fu, who asked about the temperature of the pool with concern and was warm and thoughtful! The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper Jerry for his enthusiastic service. He introduced the surrounding tourist attractions before check-in. During the stay, he took into consideration that my wife's knees could not stand the air conditioning, and actively coordinated the heating and added an extra quilt. Because it was our wedding anniversary, we wanted to order a cake, and Jerry was also very active in helping us and telling us where to travel. I came here because of its reputation. It is the venue of the Boao Forum. The hotel is very big. It is a bit difficult to find it by navigating. It happened to have a large conference in the hotel. It was a bit messy and I didn’t like it. But my sea view room was very quiet, the pillow was suitable, and it was the best night I slept on my trip. The breakfast was also very satisfactory.
