It’s the first time I came to Hainan, and I found that the service staff are very friendly and smiling, and the room is very clean. This time I mainly came here for inspection. The meeting room is quite big. I’m thinking of coming here for meetings and weddings. The venue is great, the environment is also good, and the room is hygienic It's also very good. The sister who cleans is very enthusiastic and cleans very well.

This hidden gem of a hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! Choosing it was the best decision I made for my Qionghai trip! The hotel offers a convenient high-speed rail station shuttle service. As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning Tiffany blue lobby! Plus, they offer complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream! The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after three nights, I almost didn't want to check out! The room's decor was truly designed with women in mind, hitting all the right notes! Breakfast was another highlight! The pandan pastries were delicious, and the restaurant was spotless, offering a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options. Even better, takeout orders were delivered by a robot, which added a great sense of security! I've already highly recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Qionghai!

The check-in experience was excellent. The lobby was luxurious and grand beyond expectations, and the service staff were well-trained and responsive. The location is convenient and the decoration is exquisite. It is excellent in all aspects, clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding in particular gave me a big surprise. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Qionghai High-speed Railway Station and has convenient transportation. The hotel is new, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious. On the day we checked in, there was a cold air, it was cold and rainy, but the room actually had heating. I ordered breakfast, thinking it was a buffet, but I didn't know that I had to order separately: a choice of porridge or rice noodles. The casserole rice porridge is cooked immediately, so you have to wait. I feel that this method is inconvenient earlier. But overall this hotel is highly recommended.

The entire hotel boasts a lovely British vintage aesthetic, full of charming details. While our room wasn't huge, it was perfectly designed and had everything we needed. They offer a laundry room, a cafe, and even provide free coffee vouchers – adding a gym or a pool would make it absolutely perfect! The location is also very convenient for getting around. However, we booked a 'Fei Fan' family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for four people, but we ran into a significant issue. Despite being a family room for four guests, it only included breakfast for two. We were informed that additional breakfasts would only be provided if we left a positive review. This felt like a cheap marketing tactic and truly soured our experience. I sincerely hope the hotel will be more genuine in the future and ensure that meal provisions truly match the room type booked.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was immediately drawn to the koi carp at the entrance, which felt like an auspicious omen for my business trip! The check-in at the front desk was handled by incredibly warm and polite staff. Every detail of the hotel rooms' design exuded quality and sophistication. The soft, comfortable bedding and spacious, bright floor-to-ceiling windows were highlights, offering delightful views of both charming cityscapes and tranquil natural scenery. Five-star service, truly impressive!

I especially want to give a thumbs up to the hotel manager and the hotel manager. The service was exceptional and very friendly. They proactively upgraded my room and provided me with breakfast. I didn't have time to do my laundry on a business trip, so they washed and folded it for me. The housekeeping staff were also very polite, greeting everyone and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. This is where the service differs from other hotels. It was worth staying here. The hotel even provided a gift. I regret not taking any photos of the room. Their rooms are spacious and clean, the internet is excellent, and the robot food delivery is very convenient. The lobby also has a nice aromatherapy scent. I asked and found out it's a chain hotel's signature aromatherapy. Although it's a new hotel, the ambiance is quite lackluster. Qionghai also has many delicious options. I especially recommend the snacks on Grain Street and the salt-baked chicken. This is a real experience that can provide valuable reference for those considering a stay.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk and cafe service staff are very good, very active and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, the variety is many, I personally feel that the price is quite high, and I will choose this hotel next time I travel. Good things must be recommended to everyone. Staying at this hotel has a feeling of being at home!
