The hotel has hot springs and a heated swimming pool, which is perfect when the weather is cold. The beef burger is delicious and the children ate it twice. The housekeeper Vicky took the initiative to contact and helped upgrade the room type. The service is very considerate. The room is about 50 square meters, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. It is very spacious and suitable for family accommodation.

The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

The hotel is close to attractions such as the Boao Forum, Cai's House, and the Nanhai Museum, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel's lunch is economical and convenient. I booked the Boao Forum Hotel to take my parents to watch the fireworks for the New Year. After placing the order, the customer service Betty contacted me to help coordinate the check-in. Because the elderly happened to catch a cold and have a fever during the trip, I told Betty and asked her to help arrange a room so that we can watch the fireworks directly in the room without going downstairs. She immediately found a way to coordinate and arranged a room for us to watch the fireworks on the balcony. She also accompanied us throughout the check-in and check-in process, and introduced the hotel's facilities and activity arrangements very professionally and enthusiastically. After checking in, I found that there was a problem with the pulley of the balcony door, and she also helped contact the customer service staff for inspection and repair. That night, because the elderly were ill and could not go downstairs, the whole family enjoyed the fireworks show on the balcony of the room. It was very beautiful and shocking. This was the first time we watched the fireworks show so close, and we also broadcast it to relatives and friends from time to time. Although the hardware facilities of this hotel are not satisfactory and some are in disrepair, the customer service is really good. If there is a New Year's Eve fireworks show every year, this hotel is really the best choice. After breakfast the next day, you can also visit the design and venue of the hotel garden. For a five-star hotel, the price is very fair, the facilities are very new, the scenery is amazing, and you can take a blockbuster photo with just a glance. The housekeeper dudu is very considerate ❤️, and the service is very good. It is worth recommending. If I come to Qionghai again, I will still choose Dongyu Island Hotel.

The hotel we booked together arranged very nice rooms for us. The weather in Hainan is quite warm, the hotel has a great sea view, and the front desk lady is very nice. There is nothing to choose from for this price and this level of hotel, and it also includes a buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The only thing that is not very friendly to tourists is that there is no free laundry and drying. There are so many people and they charge per piece, which is a bit expensive. The front desk lady suggested that we just wash by hand. It is really good to have a large balcony, so that the clothes can be dried the next day.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we received enthusiastic service from the staff. We are very grateful to the manager for upgrading our family to a suite that usually sells for more than 3,000 yuan, and giving us two more breakfasts. The flattered joy came too suddenly😁. Needless to say, the interior decoration and supporting facilities of the room are very complete and elegant. The 150-square-meter suite with two living rooms, two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms is as comfortable as at home. It’s so good to live! Before going to bed, the waiter also brought Tremella soup and fruit, which is so thoughtful! The surrounding environment was very quiet at night, and the air conditioning temperature was just right, so I had a good night's sleep. In the morning, I woke up lazily to the chirping of birds and cicadas, and had a bowl of Hainan soup noodles, Qingbuliang, etc. among the various delicacies in the restaurant. When I heard that my family and I were traveling with two 80+ old ladies, and the legs and feet were inconvenient, I immediately agreed to arrange a wheelchair, which brought great convenience to this trip.
