Qionghai Hotels with Airport pickup service

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on Hainan island. Great service - albeit English only is a challenge; clean and well designed rooms; wonderful amenities: two pools - one shallow, sprawling and great for kids and one facing the ocean; the roof has an open air lounge with a five path foot massage floor which we enjoyed as much as a morning coffee haha. Will be back!

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. The hotel is next to the Asian Forum Conference Center. It is very convenient to drive from Boao Station for more than ten minutes. It is also close to Boao Town, less than ten minutes by car. The hotel and the surrounding environment are very beautiful, and you can sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise. The room is spacious, and the bed is moderately soft and hard. The whole family slept well. The breakfast is very rich, and the Huaiyang restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also very good. Thanks to Bonnie for contacting us in advance and helping us arrange latex pillows, etc., and also gave a lot of recommendations for travel and surrounding restaurants. Due to the typhoon, the swimming pool and hot spring are temporarily closed. I hope I can experience it next time I have the opportunity to come again😊

Part of a large hotel, water park complex, Sweetome is one of several accommodation options. The value for the room was good. Nice ocean and pool view. There’s a pool and small gym available. And you can walk to the beach and water park through the pool facilities. Staff aren’t used to English service if you need it. But there were no general issues and we enjoyed a short stay. Worth it for a day in the water park which allows you to come and go as you please as long as you keep your bracelet on.

The room is very good, the price/performance ratio is super high, it is very close to the airport, the preferred location, and convenient for shopping. The front desk staff upgraded me to a family room, the service was very good, it is worth a visit, next time I have a chance, I will still choose GreenTree Inn chain hotel

The sea view is great🎉 When I was hesitating, I discovered this B&B. When I arrived at the entrance of the community, the main entrance was the front desk for check-in. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I even borrowed scotch tape from him when I left. I was afraid that he would dislike it before I asked. Trouble, he would perfunctorily tell me that he didn’t have it, but he patiently helped me look through it for a long time; Without further ado, here are some sea view photos I took, taken in the room.

Because I booked a deluxe king-size bed room, the environment was OK. The transportation was also convenient, but it was quite far from the Story of the Sea and the Asian Forum. The room I stayed in had no wireless connection, and the maintenance was not proactive. The door lock broke several times, and the experience was not very good. I was moved to another room the next day.

I stayed in the shop for 5 days and 3 days ago. I lived on the 4th floor because other guests were still noisy at 2 in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. After reacting with the front desk clerk in the morning, I changed the room on the 6th floor, and the service was quite good
