The hotel is conveniently located, the room has a wide view, is clean and hygienic, and is very comfortable and friendly for those with mild mysophobia! ! Moreover, the hardware is very intelligent, so it is recommended for business or travel!

Stayed there for a total of 8 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Good location, delicious breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities and amenities were all necessary and top notch including washing machine and dryer. Overall, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel were very good. Thank you for providing my family a wonderful stay:)

Came to stay for 4 days with my family, damnn I like the hotel. has a good view at least of the sky outside of our window, we live on the 10th floor. It's very convenient to go out and eat around the area, there's small shops that sells pows, noodles and a few blocks away you can get to eat some dim sum restaurant already. Few miles away from the hotel is the wanquan River. I've tried to walk back to our hotel from there, if not you can also use their app DiDi to call for a cab. I really love the area around. Hotel is good, eventhough the toilet is quite cramp as I have long legs so it's hard to close the door.. haha..but I just close the big door. the shower cubicle, there's only light coming frim side ceiling so is dim.. but i like their shower gel fragrance! so lemonish~ there's no fridge, but have all the toiletries you need. It's a good stay, will totally book again next time cause of the area around. There's night market across the street too. The staff was good, and they also have free sweets and cookies at the counter which is nice! The staff at the entrance was friendly 😊 and helpful with directions! you can even play piano there at the entrance!! so cool~

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go on business trip to Qionghai. The hotel helps to upgrade the room type for free. The environment and sanitation are perfect. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel has good service attitude, complete facilities, a large lobby, good and considerate front desk service, fast check-in, clean and tidy rooms, powerful network, smart rooms, large beds, clean bathrooms, comfortable baths, a self-service laundry room on the second floor, which is very convenient for washing clothes, free breakfast on the first floor, and convenient travel. Highly recommended!

The room is clean and comfortable, the balcony with a good view is well designed, the hot spring water is clean, the food is delicious and rich in variety, the service staff is very professional and patient, and the service with a smile is very good. The hotel is well-managed and the surrounding environment is quiet. It is the first choice hotel for those who are afraid of noise. Although it is on a peninsula, there is no need to take a boat and you can drive directly there. Because only hotel guests are allowed in, the environment is quiet. The front desk of the hotel saw that I had a child and upgraded the room. The balcony and room were very large, and the child loved it. Five-star praise! ! !

During the Chinese New Year, there were not many people. The hotel was decorated very prosperously. We stayed on the 9th floor and the lighting was average. The room smelled moldy and it didn't feel good. It was okay after opening the door for ventilation.

The hotel we booked together arranged very nice rooms for us. The weather in Hainan is quite warm, the hotel has a great sea view, and the front desk lady is very nice. There is nothing to choose from for this price and this level of hotel, and it also includes a buffet breakfast, which is very cost-effective. The only thing that is not very friendly to tourists is that there is no free laundry and drying. There are so many people and they charge per piece, which is a bit expensive. The front desk lady suggested that we just wash by hand. It is really good to have a large balcony, so that the clothes can be dried the next day.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super helpful (especially Zhuang Qingwen) and there is underground parking with charging which was a blessing. Highly recommended hotel! This is our 3rd stay here and we will keep coming back.
