每次來博鰲都是住亞洲灣這邊，剛好一家老小住看到這個房間就覺得很方便，適合帶長者小孩出遊的房間，停車上房都很方便，最喜歡就是房間和陽台的視野，無敵了，陽台超大風的，雖然房間不是很新，但是各方面的家電設施都很齊全，客廳還有一張**將桌，這個價格兩個套房這個視野景觀，太值了，下次帶爸媽還會選擇住這裏！

公寓距離海邊大約150米，與亞洲灣國際會議中心相鄰，據説會議中心樓上有酒樓。門前及公寓內部綠化良好，有開放式游泳池。26樓有自助餐，早餐40元一位、中晚餐30元一位，晚餐同時也供應套餐和麪條，大廚掌勺、手藝不錯。6樓637房也有自助餐供應，早餐15元一位、中晚餐20元一位，就餐環境一般。據説還有一家亞洲灣超市，但未及光臨。公寓內冰箱、洗衣機等俱全，但設備表面略顯陳舊。公寓服務良好。
