環境：綠樹成蔭，很幽靜，很舒適
服務：很熱情周到細緻，早餐豐富，口味極佳 。 總之感覺很舒適。
雙人温泉和泳池非常舒服。

房間很好 整個酒店非常大，雖然有點老了，但是維護的很好。工作人員都很好，之前因為定的一樓房間，覺得很潮濕，有個弟弟馬上就給我們換了三樓的房間。還有工作人員小羅，態度親切。在博鰲這個地方有個這樣的酒店還是很可以的。

酒店非常大像一個莊園，前台小姐姐服務非常好，幫忙升級了房型還送了水果茶葉和水，房間大而整潔，退房時忘了拿充電器十分鐘就打電話通知，很滿意。
