Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

瓊海的這個酒店碰到個意外，我原來訂的金海岸酒店被告知由於低碳環保停業了，再攜程和酒店經理的溝通下。幫我換成了亞洲論壇大酒店，雙卧房間變成了家庭聯通房，雖有意外，但是結果還是蠻好的，房間也不錯，一間大床和一間雙床房，當中的聯通門打開了，方便孩子在裏面玩耍，入住之後會有管家加你微信聯繫，我們的管家zoe很贊，很貼心，由於之前行程娃發燒了，問了下有沒有温度計，都幫忙送上門了，知道帶了娃還送了娃的坐便器、浴袍，洗漱用品等，有問題找她都能及時解決和回覆，酒店的泳池也很大，很不錯，環境很好。自助早餐品種也很多，味道都不錯，晚上再酒店吃了自助鐵板燒，性價比也很高！

酒店房間：
1. 套房房型設計極為不合理，門口正對卧室，毫無私隱可言。建議把會客廳和卧室調換一下。
2. 卧室房間內空調直吹着床，空調風開小了熱，開大了吹的頭疼，設計的太糟糕。
3. 空調運行的噪音非常大，堪比抽油煙機了…對於睡眠淺的客人簡直是災難。
4. 房間內的設施也都比較舊，門縫很大，超級透光。隔音也很差，晚上不知道是哪裡發出的巨大噪音，就像是用鎚子砸牆的聲音，一會兒一下一會兒一下，一直持續到天亮…
5. 酒店內的設施也比較簡陋，聊勝於無吧衹能説。

臨時訂的酒店，Bonnie經理有提前聯絡確認到店時間，幫忙協調升級了套房，感謝。酒店設計很大氣，低樓層低密度，泳池是我們住過最大的，最淺0.7米，逐漸變深，最深處我們沒去，大人小孩都遊的很盡興。
房間內部也很乾凈大方，沙發可以拉開做床，但是彈簧墊太軟不舒服，還是收起來了，不拉開也夠孩子睡了。
早餐品種不太多，沒有驚喜，也夠吃飽了。
此行時間緊湊，沒有坐擺渡車去東嶼島，高爾夫練習場據説是50塊半小時。
這邊外賣比陵水方便多了，選擇多，價格也便宜一些，沙灘和海水質量就不如陵水了。
如果酒店能配備自助洗衣房，陽台多點晾衣架，下次會考慮多住幾天。海南之行最大煩惱就是衣服總是幹不了。
