酒店有些年份了，服務和衞生、餐飲都很好。酒店管家Betty小姐非常美麗而且友善，主動幫忙我拿行李，協調換到了滿意的房間，主動加我微信發了旅遊攻略。也認真聽取了住客的意見。花園收拾的乾乾淨淨，有十多個温泉，非常有趣。餐飲品控優秀，不愧是經常繼續大型會議的酒店。嚐了一樓的韓式海鮮燒烤自助餐，食材很新鮮，味道不錯，值得推薦。謝謝酒店送的中秋小禮物。同三亞相比，是性價比很高的酒店。以後會推薦朋友來博鰲旅遊。

I must give a good review to the hotel this time. I especially want to thank the hotel butler. Seeing that I was not satisfied with the deluxe sea view room, he promptly upgraded me to a suite, which allowed me to enjoy a four-day and three-night holiday. The hotel also promptly accommodated the customers when we encountered a typhoon. The breakfast at the hotel was exquisite and clean. So I don't know where the bad reviews came from.
