衞生：挺乾淨的，地下室的餐廳也挺好，也沒有異味。但有點潮。
環境：離海挺近的，步行大概七分鐘就能到。別墅周圍環境也很乾凈。
服務：管家服務態度也好，有耐心 。
設施：別墅設施都是好的，都可以用，沒有問題。
