酒店環境很優美，特別感謝客房主管金玉姐姐的服務送的小熊貓很可愛，還有前台小李Spring的貼心服務，和每一位前線服務人員，你們的服務太棒了，本次入住很温馨，送的果盤有人超級甜，餐廳的Will Chow服務也超級棒，孩子們玩的很開心。

房間大，尤其是洗漱間配置和麪積大，好用分區合理，有陽台觀景，就是床有點小，最好是一米五的雙床，沒有小度智能，要配置。服務很好，尤其是前台黎雲，人美歌甜，服務周到，特地表揚。

終於有時間帶娃來官塘假日玩，身為也是品牌酒店人，不會隨便給酒店差評，但也寫個自己的客觀體驗感受!
1.辦理入住沒有等待，很順暢，前台小鄧服務態度很好，笑容有禮貌，會主動説預訂自助餐有優惠，這個很有意識，對酒店營收很好!
2.園區活動豐富，入住一天孩子活動基本能安排的很滿。魔發項目幫我們小孩綁頭髮的小姐姐綁頭髮技術可以再好一些，綁完不是很整齊有點凌亂，回去又重新綁了一遍。
3.吃早餐區域，餐廳服務員服務意識都很好。
4.客房洗手間，沒有垃圾桶很不方便。
5.客房服務都挺好的，響應很速度。
總體體驗，挺好，值得一住!

整個酒店服務非常好，對小朋友很耐心，衞生乾淨，有很多親子項目，兩天都玩不夠。尤其負一樓的室內游泳池，很有趣，孩子很喜歡，點贊👍
