staff were great, cleaner auntie and front desk gurlie are really super nice. BUT the freaking room doors r horrible really (we got woken up by the stupid beeping at 7am cos its so damn hard to close, and the beeping continued for a good 20 mins before the front desk came up and check), and the hotel breakfast is meh j don’t eat there. in chinese we say 一分钱一分货 so ok lah

The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. Rooms were reasonably priced for the quality. The Breakfast was reasonably priced and included a decent selection and fresh coffee. Some of the hot food items were quite cold by the time we ate.

The hotel is a mid-range chain brand. The hotel equipment is relatively clean and well-equipped. The disposable cups have dust covers, which is quite considerate. The bedding is clean and neatly arranged. The floor is clean and the sanitation is quite thorough. The room has no odor and parking is convenient. Breakfast is filling but relatively simple.
There are a few shortcomings. The lighting in the room is too dim. There are only spotlights and no theme lighting. It is difficult for the elderly and children to see things. Bath slippers are too hard and my feet hurt when I walk. I need to change them to softer ones. The phone is just a microphone and is just a decoration. You can't make calls, you can only answer calls. There are things that cannot be communicated with the front desk in time.

I chose this hotel for a self-driving trip and the experience was great! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, the hotel had free parking, and it was convenient to eat nearby. The breakfast was rich and the whole family enjoyed it. Come again next time!
