位置還可以。是在一整棟大樓，大樓裏還有其他酒店。風格更像民宿，房間比較大，設施比較老。

房間設施非常破舊，而且當天再看價格，比提前預訂的還要便宜。有種上當的感覺。
1. 燈是壞的
2.Wi-Fi是壞的
3.電視是壞的
4. 牆角發黴
5.灶台是臟的
6.洗手間有上一個客人留下的垃圾沒收拾
7.管家也覺得抱歉，協商後退款88元。

博鰲這個地方我還是很期待的，這個公寓也不錯，就是有點老了，許多設備老了，特別是在高層還有許多白螞蟻，我本來不想評價，特別是他們的那個前台小哥非常的細心熱情，我跟他説了以後他馬上有反應，但是這個問題一時半會兒也解決不了，後來第三天，我們換了房間換到了下面，非常的不錯的
