可能臨海的房子吧，銹跡斑斑的一切。屋內設施説不上老舊，廚房設施使用痕跡過於明顯，樓下泳池瓷磚已經破裂很多了，感覺容易受傷。對於我這個潔癖人來説，整體上實在是衹能強忍着過宿的程度，體驗感一般房價略顯偏高了。
整個社區都沒什麼人，海邊整理出來的衹有一小片，往兩邊走都很…沙灘邊的椰林小路已經是廢墟一片，但新建好的時候應該很美。恐怕是被颱風摧殘過，沒有恢復原貌。
優點就是沙灘上貝殼真的很多，撿不過來的多。早上陽台上看日出方向倒是絕佳，天氣好的話肯定很美。

很臟，地板有煙頭，陽台門不利索，地下車庫不能直通，下大雨還要冒雨停路邊再走進去，不會再訂
