優點：非常推薦的酒店，到了前台看到掛牌欽州政府定點開會的酒店，可見服務和設施都不差；300多性價比超高，前台的態度也很好，問雙人床可否拼接，推薦了2.4米的特大床4個人睡着很舒服；酒店前面有快充；房間樓層是刷卡的，私隱性高。
缺點：建議房間配備潤膚露；食堂的鴨腳沒有去皮，又帶着腐竹的口味吃起來很奇怪；建議早餐配點蛋糕之類的甜品。

房間比較大，衞生做的比較乾淨，酒店對面就是一家魚生店方便！從海南迴四川順路住一晚還能吃個美食。酒店早餐還是比較豐富，豬腳粉不錯👍

前台人員很熱情主動推薦逛吃線路。沒聽到外面修路的聲音，房間很棒，早餐種類挺多，特別是湯粉很好吃，比我在無名豬腳粉吃的要好吃。有家的温暖又有五星服務，下次去欽州不會考慮其他酒店衹會來這家

設施：基本是齊全的，需要用到的都有。
衞生：其他的都還好，就是洗手盆有黴點。
環境：酒店是一棟樓裏的其中幾層，相對來説私密性不強，最糾結的就是早餐用餐的環境。
服務：整體的服務很不錯，出了問題還是第一時間解決，勇於去承擔責任，這點很不錯。唯一的瑕疵出在早餐餐廳，有幾個問題1，就餐用具總是得不到及時的補充，有好幾次都沒有餐盤用。2，就是負責煮麪的帥哥，我覺得我沒得罪過他呀，一説讓他幫我煮碗麪，他就一句，很大聲的“等着”。搞得我後來都不敢不讓他煮麪了。
用的來説還不錯吧
